The prices include the costs for bed linen, towels, garden and pool service and maintenance, internet access, as well as the use of all facilities.

Arrival & Departure
Check-in is available daily from 4:00 PM onwards. The minimum rental period from June 1st to September 30th is typically 7 days. In other months, the minimum rental period is usually 5 days.

The villa is ready for occupancy from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, the finca must be vacated by 10:00 AM. Of course, you can also arrive on the day of arrival at any other time later than 4:00 PM.

End Cleaning
We charge a flat fee of 200 Euros for the final cleaning of the house and grounds. For stays of 7 nights or longer, the final cleaning is included.

Security Deposit & Electricity Consumption
A security deposit of 1000 Euros is required. The deposit will be refunded within 14 days after departure, minus any applicable costs incurred. The electricity consumption for the air conditioning is separately metered and charged at cost.

Tourist Tax
Since summer 2017, the Mallorcan government has imposed a tourist tax (Ecotasa). This tax is EUR 2.20 per person per night from May 1st to October 31st and EUR 0.55 per person per night from November 1st to April 30th, including VAT (IVA). This tax is payable in cash upon arrival and applies only to guests aged 16 and above.
